Hotel Interior Design Ideas: Interlace Condo & HDB Maisonette that look like luxury hotels!
4-Room Condo, The Interlace
This 2,400 sq ft (222 sqm) four-bedroom apartment at The Interlace is an elegant home with a sweeping view of its lush surroundings and the sea beyond. The interior designer, Vin Leong, is the close friend of the homeowner, who shares the apartment with her mother and partner.
Much of the family’s refined taste is reflected in their choice of furniture pieces, which include designs from Space, Dream Interiors and Boconcept.
Marble Kitchen Countertop
The originally enclosed kitchen was opened up, and can now fit an elegant island with a Browntini marble counter. This grand island is also where the family often gathers to have breakfast or entertain guests.
Master Bedroom
The couple's room features a customised bed frame with extended sides that serve as side tables. Concealed behind the semi-private divider area a utilitarian study desk and a full-height wardrobe.
Couple's Bathroom
Their bathroom is designed to allow both of them to get ready at the same time in the morning.
HDB Maisonette
Interior designer Arjan Twilhaar from Aiden T was asked by the homeowners to transform their old HDB maisonette to resemble a luxury hotel, even including a first-floor suite for the husband's mother!
Beige tones and dark accents give it a sophisticated appeal.
Mother's Bedroom
The mother's bedroom on the first floor boasts a cosy living area after converting them from part of the kitchen and yard.
Master Bedroom
A dark wall draws the eye into the master bedroom, simply adorned with a stylised antelope head.
