Georgian real estate titan Archi Group and diversified conglomerate INVIA have officially unveiled The Downtown Tbilisi, a landmark US$2 billion mixed-use development set to transform the skyline and urban fabric of Georgia’s historic capital, Tbilisi.
Co-developed with US-based real estate firm The Sapir Organization, the sweeping 600,000 sqm masterplan represents one of the most ambitious real estate investments in Eastern Europe, signaling Georgia’s meteoric rise as an international hub for finance, culture, and high-end living.
