By now, you would have seen the iconic painting style of Spanish artist Eva Armisen on buses everywhere -- the button-nosed family portrait forms the backdrop of the advertising for OLÁ, an upcoming executive condominium in Sengkang.

Set to launch in December 2023, the new development has already caused quite a stir. Inspired by a contemporary Spanish theme, OLÁ's 9 blocks each feature an Armisen painting centred on the themes of family and love. The motif in the main lobby is also inspired by Spanish porcelain maker Lladro, creating a focal point for visitors.

One of the things that distinguishes OLÁ is the Samsung SmartThings Hub which comes with every unit, and can wirelessly connect to smart devices from over a hundred brands, including Alexa, Google Assistant, and Amazon.
