Are you searching for the perfect housewarming gift? Or maybe you’re just a lover of aesthetically pleasing home products for your bathroom (which Aesop is renowned for). Perhaps you’re super fussy when it comes to product ingredients, only using those which are vegan-friendly and made from natural plant-derived components?
The latter is the reason why I use Aesop. I refuse to use anything non-vegan and organic, and it’s the main factor I appreciate the most about the Aesop brand.
What is Aesop best known for? Apart from its skincare, it’s extremely popular for home, hand and body products. Think Aesop hand wash and creams for the bathroom, or gorgeous scents for any room.
I especially love how natural and earthy-smelling their products are, not too overpowering but leaving its mark in the home, and made using essential oils.
There is an online Aesop Singapore store, too, just FYI.

Here are 10 of the most popular Aesop home products available in Singapore.
Aesop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash, $59
Citrus-y, herbaceous, and soothing…Introducing an Aesop best seller: the Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash.
It’s definitely the brand’s best Aesop fragrance in the hand wash department, and many users love it as it doesn’t leave the skin or hands feeling dry, flaky, and aged. I’m a big fan of anything infused with lavender oil. It’s ultra-nourishing and soothing, and this Aesop hand wash lends the same feelings.
Primary notes include mandarin rind (for an extra citrus whizz), rosemary leaf (with natural antibacterial properties), and cedar atlas, which lends an earthy smell.
The scent isn’t overpowering, but gives whichever room it’s kept in a lovely after-smell. Dispensing out a low, clear-foaming gel, all you need is a single pump.
Aesop’s second most popular handwash fragrance is Reverence Aromatique, boasting notes of bergamot and vetiver.
Do good for the environment whilst simultaneously saving a few extra SGD by purchasing an Aesop hand wash refill.
Aesop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash is priced at $59 from Amazon.
Aesop Olous Aromatique Room Spray, $83
Do you know why I adore Aesop’s products so much? Unlike other brands where fragrances and scents smell either a) too sweet or b) too fake, all of the Aesop fragrances feel like you’re wandering somewhere in nature.
Why is Aesop so famous? This is one of the reasons. And I really appreciate the fact that everything is made from natural ingredients, even their room spray!
It’s hard choosing one Aesop best seller room spray, as we all have different preferences. Olous seems to be one of the most popular, though. It’s mainly citrus, which can be a “neutral” home smell for many people. (Other Aesop room sprays, such as Cythera Aromatique, have a particular scent, like patchouli. I’m a patchouli girl through and through, but I know for some it’s an overpowering smell.)
A combination of grapefruit (I love grapefruit anything; a little sweet, a little citrus), jasmine, and galbanum (a touch woody), it feels as if you’re taking a walk through a grapefruit grove.
Consumers describe this one as “unique” and “captivating.” I’d say give it one to two spritzes to really fill the room. Aesop boasts strong packaging, and you won’t have any problems with the spray nozzle.
Aesop Olous Aromatique Room Spray is priced at $83 from Lazada.
Aesop Callippus Aromatique Candle, $157
Are you really a homeowner if you don’t have an Aesop candle marking the top of some table or shelf? Only kidding…But I sort of feel like it screams “I’ve made it” for any homeowners who own an Aesop candle.
Not only do they smell great, but I am obsessed with the ceramic vessels they come in, which convert into gorgeous reusable jars. How cute are the little inspirational sayings across the top rim?! I guess that’s why Aesop candles are a little on the pricey side, as you’re technically getting a candle AND a ceramic.
Vegan-friendly, there is no beeswax here. Instead, the candle is made from a combo of vegetable and paraffin wax. As someone who only uses vegan products, this is a massive plus for me.
Aesop candles are manufactured to be long-lasting, and you get 300 grams worth of candle.
The Callipus Aromatique Candle boasts notes of cedar, cypress, and vetiver.
Aesop Callippus Aromatique Candle is priced at $157 from Lazada.
Aesop Post-Poo Drops, $41
Calling all wifeys, you’re going to love this next Aesop Singapore product, more specifically, for your husbands. Or, buy a bottle for your brother, roommate, or bestie. Not to be crude or anything, but when a female goes to use the toilet, the aftermath isn’t NEARLY as bad, or rather, stinky as when a male does his business.
The Aesop Post-Poo Drops are the solution!
Post-poo (literally), add a few drops of the naturally (citrus) fragranced botanical bathroom deodoriser into the toilet bowl as you press flush, and voila!
Key note ingredients are tangerine peel, ylang ylang and mandarin peel, all of which are powerful for eliminating smells, and these neutralise the air immediately.
This nifty little product has become one of Aesop’s best sellers, with many brands now following suit.
Aesop Post Poo Drops is priced at $41 from Lazada.
Aesop Sarashina Aromatique Incense, $55
I am an incense FIEND! No candle nor room spray comes close to creating such an intense scent throughout a room. I’ve loved incense since I was a teenager (the Nag Champa brand is my absolute favourite), and wherever I travel to, I always make sure I fill my suitcase with incense.
— On that note, apart from using incense to make a room or space smell nice, another way of using it is adding it to your suitcase of clothes when travelling, or to your wardrobe at home. It beats any lavender bags. —
Naturally, I go gaga for Aesop’s incense offering, and the brand has four divine fragrances.
The Aesop Sarashina Aromatique Incense is the most popular, especially if you love the smell of sandalwood. It boasts a genuine, earthy, woody scent, with additional notes of clove and cinnamon essential oils.
To use it, light the edge of the stick and allow it to hold a flame for about five seconds, then blow it out.
P.S. For the spiritually inclined, incense is a fantastic natural spirit/soul cleanser.
Aesop Sarashina Aromatique Incense is priced at $55 from Aesop.
Aesop Bronze Incense Holder, $210
Speaking of incense, get the incense holder to match!
Aesop’s bronze, abstract-shaped incense holder goes to prove that incense isn’t limited only to the esoteric. This holder looks super chic in the home, doubling as a gorgeous decorator.
It’s designed by the fabulous, Portuguese-based home interior and decor designers, Vogel Studio.
How to use? Add a stick of incense into the circular slip on the thickest rim part of the bowl.
Manufactured and cast in bronze, do take note that, over time, a natural patina layer forms over the surface (but this will usually take a few years).
Aesop Bronze Incense Holder is priced at $210 from Aesop.
Aesop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Balm, $139
Introducing the perfect accompaniment alongside your bottle of Aesop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Wash — which looks so aesthetically pleasing sitting side-by-side in any bathroom.
Plus, I always believe you should have a hand wash and balm together, especially if you love entertaining and often have guests over. It adds an elevated touch to any bathroom.
If you follow the world of interior design, you’ve probably noticed that designer homes always have two bottles of Aesop in a bathroom or kitchen counter. It’s because of how beautiful Aesop’s signature brown bottles look; that real apothecary vibe.
Made with the same key notes as the hand wash (mandarin rind, rosemary leaf and cedar atlas), the Aesop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Balm is non-greasy and easily absorbs into the skin.
It’s fabulous for dry skin. Rosemary balances skin’s sebum, ensuring your skin stays hydrated!
Aesop Resurrection Aromatique Hand Balm is priced at $139 from Amazon.
Aesop Béatrice Oil Burner Blend, $53
For homebodies who prefer an oil burner to an incense stick or candle, Aesop offers a range of oil burner blends for fragrancing your home.
Out of all the fragrance options, I personally love the Béatrice. Think patchouli, cedar atlas and lemongrass! However, the Catherine (orange rind, cedarwood atlas and clove bud) is also SUPER popular, which reminds me a lot of Aesop’s Resurrection range.
Aesop recently added two new oil burner blends: Joséphine and Simone.
To work with the oil burner blend, you will need an oil burner. Place a tea light candle into the burner, add a few drops (three to five) of the Aesop Béatrice Oil Burner Blend in a separate part of the burner, and as the candle burns, the oil heats up, allowing the oil’s scent to waft off the oil and across the air in a room.
The whole process is very natural. I love burning oils during a home yoga session.
Aesop Catherine Oil Burner Blend is priced at $53 from Lazada.
Aesop Resurrection Rinse-Free Hand Mist, $17
Aesop only offers one fragrance for its rinse-free hand mist, and that is Resurrection. It’s no surprise, as it’s one of the brand’s most popular home fragrances with its warm and spicy notes.
However, it matches nicely if you love the scent and have purchased the rest of the Resurrection home product range.
Hand mists became all the rage during COVID-19 days, and since then, I’ve actually always kept a bottle on hand, either in my handbag or beneath my kitchen window apron.
The hand mist doesn’t require any water to use, making it super convenient at any time. It’s alcohol-based, which means no icky-sticky residue. The product also contains plant-derived aloe vera and saccharide isomerate, both of which aid in the cleansing process without drying out your skin.
Aesop Resurrection Rinse-Free Hand Mist is priced at $17 from Lazada.
Aesop Animal, $57
In my household, we have three doggos. This means I always need to have two essentials: my cordless vacuum cleaner, specifically for pet hair, and my Aesop Animal, leaving my home fresh and my pooches clean and smelling oh-so-good.
The wash is designed to gently clean both your animal’s skin and fur.
When searching the consumer reviews for the best Aesop products Reddit edition, many users agree: it leaves your pet smelling divine without any skin irritants.
Key notes for the Aesop Animal are lemon rind, tea tree leaf and spearmint leaf; all of which are naturally soothing. Other ingredients (that I am certain other pet owners like myself would appreciate knowing) are water (aqua), sodium laureth sulfate, cocamidopropyl hydroxysultaine, glycerin, phenoxyethanol, sea salt (maris sal) and sodium chloride.
Good to know: Aesop uses zero animal-derived ingredients.
Aesop Animal is priced at $57 from Aesop.
