Cheap home essentials and lifestyle products at this new Daiso-like shop

Daiso is usually the first place you'll go for a good deal, whether you're looking for organisation boxes or basic gardening tools. But, it looks like the Japanese brand -- known for their $2 products -- has got stiff competition.

Branding themselves as "Southeast Asia's leading online dollar shop", ShopInSEA has some of the cheapest deals in town. This online marketplace stocks home essentials, lifestyle products, beauty buys, stationery and more.

Some items are priced similarly to Daiso, such as these hanger nettings (pictured above) and this waterproof travel pouch.

Not everything is priced as low - this floating dry bag (pictured above) costs $11.10 and this elastic towel is $8.

But, to be fair, the pricier buys are quality, bigger ticket items that you wouldn't find at Daiso's price point anywhere. This baby bed is $12.50, but really, can it go any cheaper? (Hint: the answer's no.)

And it's a good trade-off, too - the non-fixed prices means you'll find some items for less than $2, like these face towels (pictured above, $1.40), this earphone cable winder ($0.60), and more.

They've even got an "Under $2" section for all you budget babes.

The verdict? We're sold (or rather, we've bought).
