Contemporary Play
Danish label Gubi has just launched a new range of sleek, contemporary pieces that embody its philosophy of blurring the line between past and future. The new launches include the Oak, a lounge chair designed to create a sense of floating calm, and GamFratesi’s Roman-architecture-inspired Epic Table, originally made from travertine, but remade in steel for the first time. We also love the Multi-Lite Pendant’s sleek curves by Louis Weisdorf, which can be adjusted to reflect light in different, playful ways. In Singapore, Gubi is available from Cult Design Asia and Danish Design Co.

Just as we thought the home viewing experience couldn’t get any better, Samsung has now developed Neo QLED, which delivers hyper-realistic images. A Neo Quantum Processor and Quantum Mini LEDs – which are forty times smaller than conventional LEDs – deliver sharpness and clarity whether you’re watching a football match or following a fitness routine.
Gaming fans will also be glad to know that when paired with the Game Bar, the display offers Super Ultrawide Gameview, something only previously available on computer monitors.
The Samsung Neo QLED retails at www.shop.samsung.com/sg, price upon enquiry.
