PANTELLIGENT FRYING PAN

This frying pan is equipped with a temperature sensor to prevent underor over-cooking of food. It monitors temperatures in real time, and tells you when to adjust the heat, as well as flip, stir, and add ingredients, through its app. With the temperatures under control, the coating on this solid die-cast aluminium pan will last much longer – and you’ll learn how long to keep your ingredients on the pan for, too! INDUCTION SPHERICAL POT RICE COOKER BY TEFAL

Inspired by traditional methods of cooking rice over the fire, Tefal’s spherical and induction pot is orbed at a 62-degree angle at the brim and bottom, creating an all-around heating convection so rice grains are swirled circularly rather than vertically – this creates perfectly cooked and fluffy rice, down to the grain. This cooker can be used to prepare white, brown and glutinous rice, as well as congee, soups and perfectly rounded cakes.

The Tefal spherical pot rice cooker retails for $449 and is available at leading electrical and department stores.
