Keep your upholstery from wearing out with these cleaning tips!

While most upholstered furniture is usually treated with some form of fabric protection - such as water repellants and mildew inhibitors - they are not immune to dust and dirt. These can build up on your upholstered furniture and act as abrasive elements that increase the fabrics’ rate of wear.
The solution is to vacuum your furniture on a weekly basis to loosen dust and dirt. Use a soft brush attachment to gently sweep the dirt away and avoid snagging the fabric.
Cleaning tips for when spills occur:
Tip: Some seats get used more than others, so turn loose cushions over and move them periodically to ensure even wear and tear!
