Nesting tables are handy for extra serving surfaces during the festive season.
By Asih Jenie -
Nesting tables are a group of small tables with varying heights that can be ‘nested’ together when needed to save space and spread out in your room when you need extra surfaces, offering flexibility when needed while adding a visual rhythm to the space.

Growing Parts
Japanese wonder design studio Nendo has created a table and lighting hybrid for Italian lighting brand Flos. Haeru, named after the Japanese word for ‘growing’, comprises eight modular parts – three types of tabletops, two light fixtures and three supporting legs – that can be assembled and combined according to users’ needs. Its basic form is a three-legged table with attached light powered by a battery, whose size can ‘grow’ to suit its space.
Flos is distributed in Singapore by Space Furniture, Grafunkt, P5 and Antares Iluminacion. Price upon request. Visit Flos for more information.
