GOLDEN JUBILEE
Roche Bobois celebrates its 50th anniversary of their iconic Mah Jong sofa this year. First created in 1972 by painter, sculptor and designer Hans Hopfer, this modular sofa offers a virtually endless number of configurations with its three basic elements – whether you want it as a simple day bed or a complex sofa for the living room.

In honour of its 50th year, the sofa has been dressed in bold new designer fabrics that make it a statement piece. Choose from three designers: the colour mastery and East-meets-West influences of Kenzo Takada; the iconic motifs and elegance of Missoni Home; or the chic and fashionable style of Jean Paul Gaultier.

Each cushion is individually hand-stitched in an Italian workshop with utmost attention to detail. The final result showcases the designer fabrics to their best potential, turning the sofa into a work
of art.
Call Roche Bobois at 6513-1918 for more information.

One of our favourites is this cedar wood Muji Curve-Back 1-Seater Chair by Studio Jig , which uses the studio’s signature freeform lamination process to create sensuous curves.
Muji Curve-Back 1-Seater Chair retails for $12,000 from Lumine. WhatsApp 9028-5383 to pre-order. Also available through the Artling catalogue and via Black at charice@blackdesign.com.sg.
