“For me, Scandinavian design is all about timeless simplicity such as harmonising colours, natural materials and organic forms,” said Karin Gustavsson, creative honcho behind Stockholm 2025. Gustavsson is joined by designers Paulin Machado, Nike Karlsson and Ola Wihlborg. “The purpose of the Stockholm collections has always been to prove that high quality doesn’t need to come at an intimidating cost.”

From statement sofas and wool rugs to hand-finished glassware and oak cabinetry, the collection is both refined and refreshingly grounded. It nods to nature, to craft, and to homes that evolve over time. And while its roots are undeniably Nordic, many of the pieces feel right at home in a tropical city like Singapore — where space, light, and texture matter. Gustavsson added: “I also like to work with contrasts; where something soft, like wool, meets something glossy, like glass, together creating a unique and interesting expression.”
