Cleaning the air in your home has never been this stylish and functional. IKEA's latest series of air purifiers, FÖRNUFTIG and STARKVIND, level up what an air purifier can do for your home.
Launching three new models to choose from, two of them in particular stand out— one that can be hung on the wall, and one that functions as a coffee table. Check these out:
FÖRNUFTIG Air Purifier
Going above and beyond its duty of improving the air quality, this model also features a handle that makes it easy for you to move the air purifier between different rooms in your home and place it where it is needed most. Better yet, you can wall-mount the purifier to save on floor space or to add stylish, minimal decor to your wall.
Choose to hang it on the wall and remove the detachable handle, or place it on the floor by using the included floor stand. The FÖRNUFTIG air purifier can be hung both vertically and horizontally, to fit the needs of your home.
STARKVIND Air Purifier
These air purifiers help filter the air from dust, pollen and other airborne allergens and can help clean the air in rooms up to 20 metres² in size. The STARKVIND Air Purifier makes a cool design statement and comes in white or black.
The purifiers can be adjusted manually or set to auto mode. They can automatically detect PM2.5 particles in the air and then adjusts the fan speed, so you can think about other things.
Designed by David Wehl, these smart devices can also be controlled via Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit or Hey Google with IKEA’s TRÅDFRI gateway device.
STARKVIND Table Air Purifier
Last but certainly not least, this amazing air purifier doubles as an aesthetic coffee table with stained oak veneer in white or dark brown. Its compact and multi-functional design makes this perfect for any home.
Designed for modern living, these launch models feature clever details to suit your life and home. For example, they feature minimalistic design elements for storing and hiding power cables.
