TCL opened its first physical store in the basement of Northpoint shopping mall in February 2024. The 500 sq ft store will be a showcase of the company’s products including its lifestyle products and home appliances.

Some of the products you can find on display include its range of smart TVs, including a 98-inch mini-LED TCL display, a gaming display with a 160Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time.

TCL’s home appliances were a surprise to see with the air conditioning units, refrigerators, an air purifier and washing machines, smartphones on display. These home appliances will be going on sale in the second quarter of 2024.

Speaking to Wilson Zhang, the COO of TCL’s local distributor JNW, he said that there had been plans to open a physical store, but these had been derailed by the pandemic and the problem with finding an appropriate location.
A separate TCL customer service centre is located at Aljunied.
TCL Singapore Northpoint showroom even has an air purifier for sale.
For the past few years, TCL has been selling its products via online channels like Lazada and Shopee as well as in retail stores Fairprice Xtra and Giant Hypermarket, where they can still be found.
