Juggling work, household chores, meal preparation, and family life is an ongoing balancing act. At IFA 2026, Bosch showcased its latest home appliance line-up under the “Factory of Quality” theme, offering practical, durable solutions engineered to alleviate daily friction across every room in the house.
IFA 2026 took place from 4 to 8 September 2026 at the Messe Berlin exhibition grounds in Berlin, Germany. IFA is short for Internationale Funkausstellung, and is the world’s largest trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances. It serves as the primary stage where top international brands set global technological trends, launch new flagship products, and showcase future-focused prototypes for the coming year.
These innovations directly address core residential priorities in Singapore - namely spatial efficiency, energy conservation, and convenience. The compact footprint of the Flex-Door freezer and vertical Double Stack air fryer cater well to high-density apartment layouts. Meanwhile, the high water and power savings of the Series 8 Washer-Dryer align with local efforts toward sustainability and lower household utility bills.
Bosch Freestanding Freezer (Flex Door)
In the kitchen, Bosch has introduced its new Freestanding Freezer featuring the Flex-Door concept. By allowing door compartments to be individually repositioned, the design maximizes interior storage space without increasing the overall external footprint - an ideal solution for space-conscious kitchens.
Bosch Air Fryers
Air fryer enthusiasts can look forward to an expanded range featuring three new models to suit various household sizes:
- Series 2: A compact four-litre model tailored for smaller counter spaces, featuring a longer drawer layout.
- Series 4 Double Drawer & Double Flex: Options offering dual 4.5-litre drawers or a 10-litre single drawer that splits into two distinct cooking zones.
- Double Stack: A space-saving 12-litre vertical design that stands as one of the largest capacity air fryers on the market.
Bosch HomeCafe Series 4
Coffee lovers also gain a new highlight with the HomeCafé Series 4, Bosch’s first semi-automatic espresso machine. Equipped with an integrated grinder featuring 30 grind settings and five dosing options, it provides precise control over daily coffee preparation.
Furthermore, Bosch expanded its eco-friendly Green Collection to include built-in ovens. These are manufactured using materials with a 20 per cent lower carbon footprint than standard production methods, achieved through audited mass-balancing processes.
Bosch OneFlow Wet-and-Dry Vacuum Cleaner
The new Bosch OneFlow Wet-and-Dry Vacuum Cleaner vacuums and mops in a single pass. Powered to cover up to 150 m² on a single battery charge, it features patented MicroClean technology to tackle fine and invisible dirt particles. Its companion docking station automatically cleans and dries the mop roller brush at the press of a button, keeping maintenance hygienic and hands-free.
Bosch Series 8 Washer-Dryer
The new Series 8 Washer-Dryer integrates advanced heat pump technology. Compared to standard condenser units, it cuts water consumption by up to 20 litres per cycle and reduces energy usage by 55 per cent. Achieving an A-20% energy rating for washing and Class A for drying, it also incorporates a self-cleaning condenser to maintain peak performance without manual intervention
While these models were officially unveiled at IFA 2026 in Berlin, local retail availability dates and official indicative pricing for Singapore have not yet been announced. Watch out for these launches in late 2026 to 2027.
