In April 2024, Xiaomi announced the relocation of its former service centre from Funan Mall to 229 Lavender Street, Singapore 338778.
With its entrance next to the main road, the service centre offers customers easy access via personal and public transport, thanks to two MRT stations, Bendemeer and Lavender located nearby. It is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm.

Xiaomi also celebrated the opening of its 9th exclusive store at Parkway Parade that opened in April 2024. Customers can experience Xiaomi’s ecosystem of AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) products and accompanying accessories, smartphones, and smart home and lifestyle products.
