Leedon Residence, 4-Bedroom
The interior designer of this 2,800 sq ft (260 sqm), four-bedroom condominium apartment in Leedon Residences wanted his design to complement the existing materials used in the home – mainly marble and timber - while enhancing its aesthetics for a luxurious appeal in line with the prestige of the development.
Lim Ai Tiong, of the eponymous Lim Ai Tiong Architects, also designed the homeowners' previous apartment in Novena, and has been friends with the husband since their days in national service.
The recessed lights on the wall draw the eye to the textures and linear details of the surface. The spacious dining room was large enough to accommodate a round marble-top dining table from Marquis.
Renovation Cost: $200,000
The approximately $200,000 renovation (including furnishings) includes cladding walls in the living and dining areas in marble and timber for a classy look.

4-Bedroom Condo, Novena
Modern luxe has always been Joey Khu's preferred style for interiors.
As with all his projects, including this large, swish 4-bedroom condo apartment in Novena, he selects all the furniture and soft furnishings as well.
Oak Laminate Doors
The oak wood-laminate doors of the shoe cabinet were specially designed with a gap between them, to blend into the strip of space in the false ceiling.
This lends a sense of continuity from the wall to the ceiling.
TV Feature Wall
The wall behind the TV is in ash grey, to blend in with the brown, black and grey colour palette of the home.
Master Bedroom
Khaki-brown wallpaper is used for the upper part of the wall in the master bedroom, and wood-look laminate for the lower portion, for contrast.
Storage cabinets have also been built into the bay window area.
